1. It is only 40 years since the start of integration of disabled pupils into mainstream education
2. Schools are only required to ensure that disabled children get 1 qualification
3. There are a million people receiving benefit who have not got a bank account
4. There are over 1/2 million disabled people that do not control their own bank account
5. The British Tourist Industry is not set up to deal with disabled visitors yet they have 3 billion of disposable income annually
